I have can ceiling lights with flood lights. Does anyone make compact flourescent flood lights for can lighting.

Osram, Nelson, and Sylvania (and others) do reflector and par38 globes in compact fluorescent. You should be able to pick them up from your local lighting store, or at least order them in. In relation to color, there are various degrees (color temperature measured in Kelvins) compact fluoros are available in, most commonly being- 2700K warm white- closest to incandescent, 4000K cool white, and 5000K daylight- closest to natural daylight. The daylight color tends to be a little blue, so I recommend cool white for a clean crisp white light.
